Brief Project Description: Construction of a new 20,000 sq ft industrial manufacturing facility consisting of fabrication, warehouse and office spaces for steel manufacturing operations.

Scope of Work: Colony partnered with the owner in an open-book preconstruction process and managed all budgets, designs, permitting submittals and construction. Colony was responsible for all site preparation and civil works, including excavation, grading, utility servicing and an enormous retaining wall, concrete foundations, footings, overhead bridge cranes and floor slabs, as well as the supply and erection of the structural steel building system, envelope, interior office and support spaces, and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
