Scope of Project: Office and Warehouse: pre engineered rigid frame building, Frameless Roof System, Frameless Building, Hardie Panels, canopies, glazing, parapets, and horizontal cladding.

Compliments to the architect on this unique application of multiple styles of pre engineered buildings married together to form a beautiful finished product. Colony worked very closely with an open-minded architect utilizing our Rigid Frame building for the main office, a Frameless Roof System for the multipurpose area, and a Frameless building for the warehouse. Special attention was paid to the intersecting lines of the roof and wall assemblies to ensure weathertightness. Finishing touches include horizontal cladding and parapets on the office, architectural Hardie Panels, glazing and custom sunshades, and modern wood lined canopies over the entrances.
