Scope of Project: Supply and installation of a rigid frame building, overhead bridge crane, and building envelope.

This powerhouse was constructed in the dead of winter in the Yukon with temperatures regularly dipping to -40 degrees Celsius. Even with these challenges, Colony erected the steel and closed in the building in just under three weeks. The building was designed specifically for this industrial application. All of the steel was SP-6 prepped and coated with resilient epoxy paint. It also includes a 35 tonne overhead bridge crane supported by the building’s stepped columns.
