Brief Project Description: Full turn-key general contracting construction of two multi-unit concrete tilt-up warehouse and logistics strata facilities to support transportation and distribution operations.

Scope of Work: Colony’s scope of work included complete site preparation and earthworks, construction of concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, and the supply and erection of the insulated tilt-wall structures. Also included: interior architectural finishes, office fit-outs, and all mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems, loading docks, overhead doors, warehouse support infrastructure, site servicing, paving, landscaping, testing & commissioning.
