Scope of Project: Sports Centre Roof Cover: Frameless pre-engineered steel building roof system, insulation, and installation of these items.

The owner for this project was just about to give up on his dream of having a clear-span sports facility. The project was over budget using conventional steel roof framing methods, even after being designed with a row of interior posts down the center. Colony was able to offer a Frameless Roof System as an alternate to get the project back on budget. Not only was the Frameless roof more economical, but it also performs better with a higher insulation value and 200’ of clear span (no interior posts). The roof sits on top of a combination of concrete block, steel, and glazing.
