Brief Project Description: Design and build of a container storage facility and for Space Centre operations. The project included a Butler pre-engineered steel building of 248′ length x 71′ wide x 32′ ft. high with container storage areas, civil works, concrete, electrical, mechanical and stone pile ground improvement scopes.

Scope of Work: Colony partnered with the owner in an open-book preconstruction process and managed all budgets, designs, permitting submittals and construction.  We completed all site preparation activities, including clearing, excavation, grading, and installation of underground utilities and drainage systems as well as storage yards, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, and the supply and erection of a Butler pre-engineered steel building system.
