Brief Project Description: Multi Level Ice and Dry Rink Arena Facility. The project consists of two buildings: one constructed using conventional steel, and the other built as a pre-engineered structure.

Scope of Work: Colony oversaw all phases of the project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, and on-site construction management. Scope included all structural steel, insulated metal panel (IMP), part of the roofing systems, and all related crane operations.
