Location: Kupol, Northern Russia

Scope of Project: Grinding Bay, Tank Building, Powerhouse, Warehouse, Mill Building, Office, Truckshop, Cake Building, Crusher Building: pre engineered steel buildings, walls and roof, firewalls, crane beams, monorails, floor steel, installation of these items.

All material was containerized, shipped by sea, and then by truck via winter road to the site. The winter road was the critical path that pushed us to perform at a fast pace. Misfabrications for this project were not an option as fixes would be costly and time consuming. Components were inspected, counted, re-inspected and counted again prior to being loaded in containers to avoid issues when unloaded in Russia.
